Barcelona new boy Zlatan Ibrahimovic swept into the Camp Nou this evening and immediately proclaimed that playing for the Catalan giants can make him an even better player.
The protracted Samuel Eto’o plus cash deal has finally been completed, and the player was presented to the media last evening, with the Swede proudly displaying the number 9 jersey he will wear next season.
Ibrahimovic beamed as he exclaimed his joy at finally sealing his switch to the European Champions, adding that he can only improve by being surrounded by the talent on show. (2 videos after the break) (more…)

Barcelona president Joan Laporta has assured fans that the club will land Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Inter.
The Swede’s transfer, believed to be around the region of €36 million in cash and Samuel Eto’o as makeweight, is still locked in the negotiation stage, and the deal could depend heavily on whether or not the Cameroonian accepts terms with the Nerazzurri.
However, Laporta has revealed that ‘Ibra’ will be on his way to the Camp Nou regardless of what happens with Eto’o. (more…)

Barcelona have reportedly concluded the transfer of Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Inter.
According to Sport, Joan Laporta, Txiki Begiristain and Raul Sanllehi met with Massimo Moratti late on Thursday and an agreement was reached around midnight.
The transfer will see the Blaugrana part with €40 million plus Samuel Eto’o and Aliaksandr Hleb, with the Belarussian joining the Nerazzurri on a loan spell. (more…)
